What We Collect

When you use AeroBase, we store the following data associated with your account:

• Profile information (email address)
• Activity data synced from connected platforms (distance, duration, heart rate, pace, splits, heart-rate zones)
• Wellness data where available (resting heart rate, sleep, HRV)
• Goals you create within the app

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide personal training analytics and aerobic base tracking. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. Your data is never shared with third parties. We will never sell your data; if this ever changes, we will obtain your explicit consent before doing so.

Third-Party Platforms

AeroBase connects to Garmin to import your activity and wellness data. This connection is always initiated by you. We request read-only access and do not modify any data on your connected platform.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase with row-level security ensuring you can only access your own data. OAuth tokens used to connect to third-party platforms are encrypted at rest using Fernet symmetric encryption.

Data Retention & Deletion

You can disconnect a platform at any time from Settings, which removes all synced data from that platform. To delete your account and all associated data entirely, contact us using the information below.
